This article analyzes the impact of hybrid work on transportation, the economy, and urban planning in New York, based on a government-funded study. Through the use of mobile phone mobility data, the article looks at changes in travel patterns and economic consequences, including a decrease in the value of office buildings and the expenses of workers.
