Do I need a tool to manage remote work?

If you have set up, or plan to implement, a telework agreement, this can be very useful.

A remote work monitoring tool, or a hybrid work application, allows employees to find each other easily. They can also better choose which days they want to work remotely. It also guarantees compliance with agreements and amendments in case of control. Finally, if you have implemented it, it allows you to calculate the amount of the teleworking allowance. This feature is relevant if your structure wants to take care of the costs associated with teleworking.

Is it possible to interface m-work with third party applications?

Of course! m-work is easily integrated into your HRIS software thanks to connectors as well as your daily collaboration tools (Microsoft, Google...). How do I set up my remote work rules in m-work?

You can easily configure the frequencies and modalities of remote working or presence (number of days...). This for each team or employee directly in the m-work admin dashboard. It is also possible to import them automatically from your HRIS.
