On November 26 in Paris, on the occasion of the 5th edition of the Grand Prix DRH Stratège de l'Assurance, M-Work was awarded by the Union of Directors of Insurance and Social Protection (UDAP) in the category Trophy for New Models of Work Organization.
This distinction marks an important step for m-work, highlighting its central role in the transformation of work practices, in particular in the insurance sector.
A reward worthy of current HR challenges
In a context where companies are rethinking the way they work, especially after the pandemic, the DRH Stratège Grand Prix focused this year on projects that are deeply rooted in the transformation of the daily lives of employees. The jury, chaired by Philippe Vivien (Alixio) and Frédéric Bernard (UDAP), evaluated initiatives around the hybridization of work, the quest for meaning, accelerated digitalization and inclusion. Among these innovative projects, that of Mutex, developed in collaboration with m-work, attracted particular attention.
Flex office and hybrid management: the m-work solution at the heart of Mutex's strategy
The award-winning project, entitled “Managing the hybridization of work in a flex office context”, was born from the collaboration between Mutex (a subsidiary of the VYV group) and m-work.
This initiative aimed to simplify and optimize the post-Covid return to the office, while promoting social interactions and managerial flexibility. Thanks to its intuitive application and advanced functionalities, m-work has given new life to the organization of work within Mutex.
Pascal Pigot, CEO of Mutex, underlined as follows:
“The choice of m-work is part of a strategic project to organize work and optimize our spaces. Deployment reflects this dynamic: a collaborative, simple and pragmatic tool that adapts to changing user needs.”

Through this collaboration, m-work has demonstrated its expertise in flex office and remote work management.
The platform offers a complete solution for planning attendance, sharing resources such as offices or meeting rooms, and analyzing uses in real time.
