As renovation work disrupted the usual organization, the Théâtre National de Chaillot team was faced with the complex task of coordinating activities on its two sites. They also had to manage shared workspaces and set up teleworking, not to mention the calculation of the allowances associated with this new form of work.

After doing a quick market study, m-work seemed to me to be the most suitable application for what we were looking for: easy to use, flexible in terms of configuration, ergonomic, rapid deployment...
Also, from the beginning, we set up the development of the application for the implementation of the sustainable package and the calculation of mileage allowances. This development fully met my expectations and was deployed ahead of schedule.
The m-work platform allowed Théâtre Chaillot to effectively manage the coordination between its two sites, the reservation of shared spaces and the implementation of teleworking. It also facilitated the calculation of telework benefits associated with payroll.
Another key aspect of the m-work solution for Théâtre Chaillot was the possibility of integrating a mobility package management feature. Thanks to m-work, employees can now easily register their daily means of transport, thus making it possible to calculate mileage allowances and to define the amount of the mobility package adapted to each employee.
In addition, syncing m-work with the Outlook and Teams tools already used by the team facilitated its adoption.
The adoption of m-work by Théâtre Chaillot was remarkably rapid, meeting or even exceeding the planned deadlines. The Théâtre National de Chaillot teams managed to quickly adopt the tool, showing impressive adaptability and widespread adoption in record time.
