The Théâtre National de Chaillot, located in Trocadéro and with a second entity in Boulogne, has recently taken up the challenges posed by a professional environment in constant evolution. Faced with renovation work on one of its sites, the establishment adopted a flexible way of working.

Responding to logistical constraints with a digital solution

As renovation work disrupted the usual organization, the Théâtre National de Chaillot team was faced with the complex task of coordinating activities on its two sites. They also had to manage shared workspaces and set up teleworking, not to mention the calculation of the allowances associated with this new form of work.
