Besoin de l'entreprise
Organize remote work and manage shared resources and offices in a flex office context
With 1.6 million customers, Crédit Agricole Île-de-France is one of the group's largest regional banks. With the rise of remote working during and after the health crisis, the management team took the initiative to support its employees towards new ways of working, in particular by setting up a teleworking agreement and by deploying the flex-office at headquarters.
Long before the crisis, Crédit Agricole had already begun the transition to flex-office, working hand in hand with employees to understand their needs for workspaces, in particular open spaces and meeting rooms. At the same time, discussions on teleworking had already begun, considering two days of remote work per week. This foresight allowed the teams to be reactive and flexible in the face of the crisis.
“Employees had been trained in these new working methods, and particular attention was paid to managers to support them in this transition to a hybrid mode,” explains Guy Poyen, Marketing & Digital Customer Director.
Tests have been conducted with various tools to organize hybrid work. However, these tools mainly focused on reserving workstations, without really improving collaboration. Faced with this limit, Crédit Agricole Île-de-France turned to m-work, a more comprehensive solution.
The objective was to deploy a tool that was both easy to use, collaborative, and accessible to all employees. “To succeed in a change, it is crucial to integrate employees into the project”, underlines Guy Poyen. From the start, their feedback was taken into account, ensuring rapid adoption of m-work.
Accessible on smartphones and computers, m-work allows employees to declare their days of presence and to know in real time who is present on site, thus facilitating the organization of teamwork. “It is now much easier to coordinate our moments of collaboration”, explains Guy Poyen. In a few clicks, employees can know who is available, even outside of their department.
The deployment of m-work was done quickly, with tailor-made training courses that allowed immediate use of the tool. Guy Poyen adds that the tool was quickly adopted thanks to its intuitive design, becoming essential for daily organization.
The Crédit Agricole Île-de-France teams no longer want to go back, as the tool has simplified their lives. “It's really a great experience. To try it is to adopt it”, concludes Guy Poyen.
