With 1.6 million customers in Île-de-France, and more than 3600 employees, Crédit Agricole Île-de-France is Crédit Agricole's largest regional bank. With the development of remote working during and after the health crisis, Crédit Agricole Île-de-France teams sought to support employees in setting up new ways of working.
This initiative therefore involved the establishment of a telework agreement, and raised new challenges, in terms of organization and team collaboration. Added to this was the gradual deployment of the flex office at headquarters.
The teams chose to work with m-work in particular for its ergonomics and its adaptability, in order to be able to organize themselves, and find themselves in hybrid mode.
