Internal mobility

internal mobility is defined as the possibility for employees to change positions or departments within their company, often in order to acquire new skills or advance in their career.

This approach has the advantage, for the employee, of developing in a different field if that is their wish, maintaining their high level of commitment. For the employer, in addition to motivating its employees, internal mobility makes it possible to recruit “internally”, and therefore to avoid recruitment processes that are often long and expensive, while capitalizing on profiles who already know the corporate culture and its specificities.
