One-to-one interview

The “one-to-one” interview - literally one by one - is an interview between an employee and his manager. It can have a wide variety of objectives and cover topics such as performance, individual and collective, goals, employee development, as well as employee well-being.

These points can be ritualized, especially when the employee arrives, with a weekly or at least monthly appointment.
