Change management is an organized process aimed at managing and facilitating the transition of an organization, group, or individual from a current state to a desired state or a new way of doing things. It involves identifying the goals of change, planning the necessary actions, effective communication, mobilizing resources and stakeholders, and monitoring and evaluating to ensure the success of the transition. Change management aims to minimize resistance to change, to encourage the adherence of those involved, and to ensure that changes are implemented in a fluid and effective manner while maintaining the stability and performance of the organization. It can be applied in a variety of contexts, such as businesses, administrations, projects, and even at the individual level to facilitate personal transitions.
