Apprenticeship

THEalternation is defined as a way of learning that consists in alternating periods of instruction at school, centered on theory, and periods of practical application in business. It allows students to acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, while being rooted in a corporate culture and discovering a profession in greater depth.

The pace of work for apprentices varies from one school to another. In order to monitor the latter, and to offer them a certain flexibility, a presence management tool such as m-work can be effective.
