Hybrid work and flex office management
The objective was to adapt the structure of the institute to the daily realities and needs of employees, in line with current society. Gustave Roussy's new organization is focused on collaborative and agile management that requires the right tools for effective management.
Thus, knowing in real time the schedule of each employee and being able to follow, as a manager, the schedules of each employee is a first step in this strategy of digitizing and simplifying the organization internally.
However, it was important that the implementation of a tool appealed to employees and to do so, that the approach be Bottom-up. This is what also appealed to Gustave Roussy, as employees can manage their week independently.
Gévinak Hum - Information Services Director
“We wanted to implement a hybrid way of working and we were wondering how to manage it. That's when we met the m-work team. Their product and their support proposal quickly seduced us.” says Gévinak Hum, Deputy CIO who oversaw the deployment of the solution.
The ease of use of the solution proposed by m-work quickly seduced the teams. More than 90% of employees use the application on a daily basis today.
The interface is particularly appreciated because it allows everyone to view the status of presences, absences and teleworking on the same page. It is therefore easier to schedule meetings and workshops on the premises, remotely or in a hybrid format.
The implementation of the m-work tool also makes it possible to centralize the collection of data on the preferences of employees, facilitating the monitoring of the HR department.
